NO SPOILERS. Pinky promise.

So. Avengers. It was AWESOME. ZOMG. After a week or so I may review it thoroughly but since it just came out today (in the US) I'll wait a bit. Besides, I'm still squeeing like a crazy fangirl.   lol. This will probably end up sounding pretty spastic and all over the place.

Seriously, everyone was awesome. Thor, Tony, Loki, Cap, Agent Son of Coul, EVERYONE. Major and minor characters alike. It's not easy juggling a large cast but Joss Whedon is a Master Juggler. I never doubted the man that gave me Buffy. I even liked Black Widow. I didn't like Black Widow pre-Avengers. I didn't hate her, she just didn't interest me before.   But oh, the rivalries, the bromance, and witty banter (so many HILARIOUS moments to go hand in hand with the action badass-ness) and the way it all just came together. Or rather, how the team came together to be a team.

Oh Loki, come hither. I will give you a kingdom. inmybedroom BAM the world is saved from the God of Mischief. Mission accomplished, everyone is safe and sound. I am soooo heroic, am I not? I  have problems. Yes, I know this.

To those of you that have not seen it yet, stay until the very end of the credits! THE VERY END. DO IT.

....I am even more stoked than I already was for Ironman 3, Thor 2, and Captain America 2 just so I can see where everyone is post-Avengers.

Also, a plus of finally seeing The Avengers: I can finally go back on the internet tumblr without fearing The Spoilers.

So, what are you waiting for? Go watch The Avengers!! Go on now, SHOO!! I will be pimpin' out this movie to everyone like Loki's pimpin' cane. lol.

lol just realized I hadn't updated my journal since October which was an entry for the release of the first official Avengers trailer. Clearly, Avengers is the only thing capable of lighting a fire under my lazy DA butt.
